Ms. Wanda Williams-Parrott
It is a privilege to serve as the principal of Brockington Elementary and to join this extraordinary school community. I am a product of Florence 1 Schools and have spent my entire educational career here. I am a former Teacher of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year. I am committed to caring for our students each and every day while providing them with a world-class learning environment. Cultivating a culture of learning that will enhance academic growth and achievement for all of our students will always come first. We will work diligently to establish and maintain high expectations for students by utilizing various instructional strategies to facilitate mastery. I ask that you partner with me to ensure that our children achieve at their highest potential. I look forward to growing and celebrating our collective successes together. Curriculum Technology Coach
Mrs. April Coe-Jackson
I am honored to serve as the Curriculum/Technology Coach here at Brockington. My teaching career began in 2006, and in 2017 I was named Teacher of the Year. I find joy in helping others become their best selves.I believe everyone can learn if you are willing to reach them where they are and help them get where they need to be. I am confident the Arts Magnet program is an excellent way to help students & teachers reach their full potential. Every child deserves a first-class education in a caring & nurturing environment. This year, I aim to use data and research-based strategies to help achieve our goals and objectives.
